“tailored to you and your specific needs.”
Counselling is a ‘Talking Therapy.’
It is a process that provides an opportunity to talk about issues that may be troubling you, with the aim of working through them to find a solution.
We aim to support you to talk through your issues, to identify the root cause of your specific thinking and behaviour patterns. The approach is like peeling back the layers of an onion, it is the heart of the onion that causes us pain, and to reach the pain we use our counselling to peel each layer back slowly, allowing us to control that pain in smaller pieces that can be managed safely.
